You are very talented your music is so soothing
  • If you would like beautiful music in the background, I highly recommend that you contact Patricia Daly here. She is an extremely talented and professional musician, harpist, and pianist. (She still humble to brag about it, but she’s even played for royalty!) — Gladys Diaz
  • It was a huge privilege to receive this unexpected honour and selected as harpist for a special VIP evening hosted at Armagh Palace …a place of awe surrounded by the grand grounds of the Palace Demesne …Engaging with dignitaries at Cardinal Sean Brady’s retirement dinner while playing during a drinks reception in the main entrance followed by a sumptuous dinner and fine wine in the grand hall was a very special experience!
  • Thanks to Patricia for all that I have, so far learned ,.at the harp lessons . She has a lovely friendly encouraging ,disposition which enables the learner to relate easily to her and to the teaching / tutoring. She carefully monitors the learning , correcting where relevant and consolidating what is learned. I am happy to have her as a tutor for the harp and I look forward to my weekly lessons.

  • I would have no hesitation in highy recommending harpist and singer Patricia Daly from Newry. We recently attended a free consultation at her home to explore all the options open to us….she was extremely pleasant and very willing to help us. There’s an elegance and grace to her that we loved. — Wazull Ozeath
  • Patricia is a brilliant teacher, we love her! We look forward to our harp lesson every Friday night
  • We are only getting back to you now after the excitement of our wedding. Thank you very much for playing at our ceremony, we really enjoyed it and it made our ceremony extra special.Nadine and Gabriel June 2014

  • If you want a harpist for your wedding Patricia Daly is perfect. Patricia has a Celtic style which was exactly what we were looking for and her playing is delicately gorgeous. We heard about her through a friend of ours and were pleased at her soothing personality. A lovely lady and we would highly recommend her as a wedding harpist –– Helena & Frank 2014

  • We were delighted that Patricia Daly was able to play her harp during our wedding ceremony and piano afterwards during the drinks reception. Her music created a wonderful atmosphere and we received only positive comments from our guests; we would have no hesitation in recommending Patricia to play for other couples. We had a most helpful meeting with Patricia beforehand when we were able to choose suitable music and we found her co-operative flexible and receptive to our ideas. The performance was everything we had hoped for. Thank you Thelma & John Dec 2013

  • Among the many opportunities the Armagh Pipers Club offered me was the chance to play at major events and the chance to record with the club group for the LP “Song of he Chanter.” I was part of the successful Groupa Cheoil who won two successful All Ireland’s in the 70’s and I had a lot of success with my solo harp playing winning the All Ireland in 1979. In 1977 Thomas O’ Fiaich invited Brian and Eithne Vallely to play for his ordination as Archbishop of Armagh and they asked me to join them on that memorable day. Then 13 years later we were back in the Cathedral playing before a televised audience of millians all over the world at the Cardinal’s funeral. After his elevation to Cardinal, Thomas of Fiaich invited the Armagh Piper’s Club to play at Drogheda for the visit there of Pope Paul in 1979. Consequently I joined the large group selected to play during the Mass at Drogheda. This was a memorable experience playing before a crowd of almost half a million people. In the late 70’s I was asked to join other Armagh Piper’s Club groups to travel and play at major International sports events in Holland and Israel where we performed 9 or 10 concerts during the Hapoel Games. I also travelled to play at an International Sport’s Event in West Germany where Brian was in charge of a group of young athletes from all over Ireland — Extract taken from an article found in: “The First 45 Years of Armagh Pipers Club” by Brian and Eithne Valley The First 45 Years of Armagh Pipers Club – Google Books
